Firstly, you will need to setup an Apple ID, unless you have rented iPads.
Then you need to download the Smart Flow application.
Once the Smart Flow app has been downloaded you can set up your notifications.
- Then be sure to set up your clinic's email account on the iPad to be able to contact our 24/7 support team. You will need to set up the same email account on every iPad so that all staff will have access to view our responses.
- Please turn off keyboard shortcuts so they will not interfere with your usage of Smart Flow.
