In addition to adding notes to a specific parameter or treatment cell, there is also an option to add general notes for the entire treatment.
To be able to keep track of the patient, you can add notes from the Flowsheet, Anesthetic Sheet, or Dental Chart, in this case, all notes will be synced automatically and accessible from the Web or iPad.
From the Web:
Click the Notes on the right-hand side of the Flowsheet:
From here, you can add new and view previous notes, just enter a note and click DONE to save:
NOTE: In the Notes section of the Flowsheet, you can view all notes, including those added to the treatment cell or from the Anesthetic Sheet or Dental Chart.
From the iPad:
Tap the Notes icon while working on the patient's Flowsheet, Anesthetic Sheet, or Dental Chart:
Enter your note in a pop-up window and hit Add Note to add other notes, or Done to complete:

However, to ensure clarity of the records in the Anesthesia or Dental Chart Notes section, only anesthesia or dental examination notes will be available:
