You cannot discharge a patient if the Patient Information is incomplete. Please make sure that the highlighted fields are filled out before the discharge:
If any of the required fields are still blank, you will be prompted to add information after clicking the Patient Discharge button. Select the Open Patient Info or Patient Info button and enter the data:

After updating Patient Information, please discharge the patient as usual.
