The only way currently for patient information to be automatically transferred from your EMR to Smart Flow, is by direct integration. If your EMR does not currently have the capability of integrations with Smart Flow, you will need to manually fill the patient info.
Details such as age, patient ID, species, owner name and phone numbers should be added to the patient info and forms without any obstacles:
NOTE: Please be aware that none of the EMR's are able to transfer client's address to Smart Flow. This is done for security purposes and because this information could be changed anytime.
