Currently, all iPads running on our MDM system have a policy that does not allow you to uninstall SmartFlow application. Therefore, in cases where you need to uninstall the app from your MDM iPad and then reinstall it, please create a Support ticket indicating the device serial number, and our support team will uninstall and reinstall SmartFlow for you.


In addition, after uninstalling the program and getting a confirmation from our Support team that the application distributed successfully (if you missed the installation request pop-up), you can install the SmartFlow application directly from the MDM App Catalog. To do this, open the MDM App Catalog


Locate the SmartFlow application and install it:
