Please be aware that our support team can only assist with how-to questions. Additionally, we no longer provide technical support for the Surgery Admin panel issues.  Any other connection difficulties you will need to contact your IT services to resolve them.


 When you need to update the firmware for the Cardell surgery monitor, but you do not have the original MIDMARK flash drive with the latest firmware version, please follow the instructions below.

Download the latest update from the MIDMARK website and copy these firmware files to your personal USB drive.  

NOTE: For proper installation, the size of your personal flash drive should not exceed 2 GB.
