Once your clinic has enrolled you for training in Smart Flow University, you should receive an email confirmation as seen below:


There is no time limit for you to complete the training, however, it is recommended you complete the training within 2 weeks, before you "go live" and start using Smart Flow full time within the clinic.


Once a staff member has completed the training they will receive a printable certificate within 24 hours of completing the course as well as individual credentials for Smart Flow account:


If you lose the email containing your Smart Flow University password, you can reset it easily. 


NOTE: The training course remains available once completed and is a handy resource that can be referred back to at any point in the future.
