If you are having trouble logging into the SmartFlow University (SkyPrep) you can reset your password by clicking HERE and selecting PASSWORD:


Enter your email exactly as it is displayed in your welcome email and click Send


NOTE: If you did not receive the welcome email, please ask your manager to confirm that you have been enrolled in the training. If so, please contact our support team to resend it.


You will then receive password reset instructions via email. Please note that this email may be in the Spam folder.
