If you find you are having trouble logging into your SmartFlow clinic's account from the iPad, then you are probably using an incorrect username or password. Please notice, that clinic's iPad account can be signed in with the personal credentials (the same email and password used to access SmartFlow on the web) by any active user associated with your account, regardless of the assigned role, and there is no need to log in and out for each user. Tap on the card icon:

In the pop-up window, enter your login & password and click Login:

Once you open the clinic's account, you can use SmartFlow as usual. Even if the iPad is logged out, you do not need assistance because you can use our own login & password to restore access.
