CRIs and Fluids do not trigger the alarm and notifications, so they would not beep every hour and there would be no separate notification for anything.
We suggest that if you would like to be reminded for each patient to check fluids every hour, then you could create a Procedure item (e.g. Total Fluid Volume) specifically for you to check the fluids each hour where the techs can initial it as well, and this will then alert you each hour and will show up on the Whiteboard. Please see an example below:

There is an PLA Fluid on the flowsheet that will not give hourly alerts. In order to track it, we created a new new Parameter - Total Fluid Volume:
Then added it to the flowsheet with the required frequency:
From now it is possible to get alerts and do not miss any Fluid or CRI.
NOTE: Also, please check the Filter option and adjust the alerts for groups of other treatments:
