If you find that the camera on your iPad does not work in SmartFlow, we recommend checking the camera on your device whilst not in the application to determine if this is a problem with the camera on the iPad or not. 

NOTE: In case you are trying to take a photo within the application, and all that appears is a black preview-box, please review THIS article first.

If the camera is working outside of SmartFlow, make sure all your devices are synchronized properly to ensure that patient information is up to date at the clinic. Then reinstall the application and try using the camera again. Please enable the camera from the application by clicking the OK button in the "SmartFlow" Would Like to Access the Camera pop-up window. This should solve your camera problem.

On the other hand, if the camera does not work properly even outside the application, please contact Apple Care
