If you are finding that the camera on your iPad isn't working within the flow sheet, try using it outside of the app, to determine if it's Smart Flow or the iPad's camera that is the issue.
If you are finding that it's working outside of the SF app, then please make sure all your devices are syncing properly to ensure your in-clinic patient information is up to date and uninstall the app from the iPad.
Re-install, and try to use the camera. This should solve your camera function problem.
