With the integrated Practice Management System or EMR (Electronic Medical Records) patient`s information, including invoicing, medical notes/treatments, parameters is automatically transferred from Smart Flow. If this is not happening, here are things worth checking:


1. The EMR Settings should be turned ON. To see if they're turned ON or OFF, please log into the manager's web account, open Settings:


Click on EMR section on the left-hand side of the screen. If you would like that all billing and medical records are automatically transferred into the EMR, make sure that two tabs at the very bottom of the screen are set to ON:


Also, check if the Export Documents to EMR option in the Document Management section is set to YES:


2. Another reason for not transferring could be that parameters aren't mapped properly. This is how mapped items should look like:

NOTE: If you are integrated with EMR, but none of your patients records are getting attached after the discharge, it could also be related to the ability of your EMR to recognize reports. The article Why are patient reports not attaching to EMR? explains more about it.
