We completely understand how important is to have specific vital information always to be displayed on the patient's flowsheet. To add such important or even critical note about a patient (e.g. Seizures or Allergic to Cephalexin), use the Critical Notes section of the Patient Info screen. This information can be added at the time of a new patient admission or later updated for an existing one:

For your convenience, the Critical Note we be always shown in the patient information section and on the flowsheet itself on both web and iPad. To get your attention, this information will be highlighted in red:
