We recommend creating a new item in the Procedure section on the bottom of the flowsheet and name it Dr. approved, where a Doctor can leave initials when the record is checked:
You can also mark the approval by using your finger or a stylus pen to leave initials/signature in the cell. It can be only done on an iPad, please follow the steps below. Press and hold the cell you would like to enter information in and click on the feather pen icon:
Use your finger or a stylus pen to leave a signature and click Save:
