In short, the answer is NO.  Treatments in Smart Flow are time-stamped.  The time a treatment is due and the time it was completed are both recorded in the medical record and CANNOT be changed.  This means if a medication was due to be given at 2 pm and the indicator that it was given (ie initials) was inputted at 2:46 pm, that cannot be changed and will be shown as such on the medical record.
