At this point, there is no option to change the Medical Record. Treatments in Smart Flow are time-stamped. The time when the treatment is due and the time it was completed at are both recorded in the Medical Record and cannot be changed.  

 

So for example, if a medication was due to be given at 2 p.m. and the indicator that it was given (by entering initials) was inputted at 2:46 p.m., it will be shown like that on the Medical record and it cannot be changed:
