For any medication or procedure on the flowsheet that you only want to be completed once, simply ensure that the Continue every (hours) field in the setting pop up window for that specific parameter is set to ONCE:
NOTE: This highlighting will appear only for the current hospitalization day. When adding a new day to your flowsheet you have two options, either to copy the previous days template or to select the template. When Adding an additional day to the flowsheet (selecting Add 24 hours), if you select the Copy option, the template will be copied to the next day but the highlighting will not be copied across (you can find more information about highlighting options HERE). If you need to add an additional hospitalization day with exactly the same treatment highlighting, select the Template option instead of copy option (after selecting Add 24 hours) or change the parameters highlighting from Once to 24 hrs.
