By following the next steps, you can have the patient photo (from the Patient Information section, please find more details HERE) uploaded into the patient's Cornerstone Medical Notes.


To do this, from the SmartFlow manager account, go Settings > Documents Management, scroll the page down, and make sure that you have selected Patient Photo (set to YES) as a file that you want to retain after discharge:


Once this set, the main patient photo will automatically appear in the Attachments section of the Cornerstone Medical Notes upon the patient discharge: 


Please note that at this time SmartFlow is unable to upload patient photos directly to the dedicated patient picture section within Cornerstone. We hope that having the patient photo attach automatically within the Medical Note makes it easier for you to manually update the patient picture section within Cornerstone.
