This document will explain where you can find the SmartFlow application version and Device id. This information is easily accessible in the SmartFlow iPad application. The Device ID and App version is listed within the Whiteboard, in the lower-right corner of the screen. 


The Device ID is a specific ID for the SmartFlow application. We recommend adding the Device ID and App version when submitting a support ticket. This will help tech support determine the nature of the problem and will speed up the troubleshooting process.
