It may be helpful to know which version of SmartFlow you are currently using and to locate affected iPad devices. That's why we have made this information easily accessible within the SmartFlow iPad application. When you open the Whiteboard, in the lower-right corner of the screen you can see the Device ID and App version:


The Device ID is a specific ID of the SmartFlow application that will help us to resolve problems with the iPad. We recommend that you always add this Device ID and App version when submitting a support ticket.
