You will need to enter your 4-digit passcode to access SmartFlow application from the iPad, only if your clinic has enabled User Security on the iPad.
NOTE: All new users will receive an automatically generated passcode in the registration email that can be changed after the account is activated, while all existing active users can already change the passcode from SmartFlow web account at any time, please find more details HERE.
After opening the SmartFlow application on the iPad and logging in to your clinic's account, you will be prompted to find yourself in the list of Users:
Tap on your name and then enter your individual 4-digit passcode:
After the verification, you will be navigated to the Whiteboard.
For your convenience, you can always view the active username at the bottom of the Whiteboard:
OR user initials at the upper right corner of the patient’s Flowsheet:
For accurate auditing of user activity, we recommend you always close the session before transferring the iPad to a colleague. To do this, simply click on your initials in the upper right corner of the patient's Flowsheet (see above screenshot) or on the card icon on the Whiteboard:
This will lock the SmartFlow application, and you can be sure that no one will be able to complete any actions under your username, as the only possible action from here is to enter a passcode or completely log out of the clinic account.
NOTE: When the iPad goes to sleep the application will automatically lock the session. Upon waking the iPad the user will need to verify their identity using their 4 digit passcode. You can adjust how often the iPad goes to sleep in Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock option within your iPads.
