Once you enable the Analytics tool for your practice, you will receive a monthly report to your main SmartFlow email which is user number 1 (on the 1st day of each month).  Important to note - this requires a real email address to be used for the main SmartFlow email.  If a placeholder email is used then the once a month email will not be available. This Business Analytics Report includes all data based on pre-installed filters: required time period, doctor, template, and more: 

The Business Analytics Report will allow you to see a comparison of performance between actual workflow and pre-set goals. Each color helps you understand whether tasks have been completed on time or not. This can help you improve your efficiency for each specific workflow and clinics division:


NOTE. Analytics will only be available to patients who have been admitted after enabling the Analytics tool. Otherwise, the report may display incomplete information. The reason for this is that SmartFlow does not collect performance data for patients created before the Analytics is activated.
