In case, you've encountered a patient with a duplicated Flowsheet day there are possible reasons for this:


1. Someone creates a patient with several days of treatment. For more details, regarding this option set up please read How to set the desired number of flowsheets for a patient?

2. Someone adds 24 hours on one iPad/web, and then another person also adds 24 hours to the same patient from another iPad/web. If one of the iPads is not synchronized, then a conflict of two flowsheets with the same date takes place. In this case, you will see the message "Error: Duplicate Smart Flow Sheet was created..." on the iPad.

NOTE: There is also crucial reason to don't use two iPads simultaneously on the same patient during a Surgery.
