If you need to manually push some Inventory and/or Users from RxWorks into SmartFlow, please follow the steps below. 


In your RxWorks account, go to Task Panel > Tools & Utilities > Products & Services > scroll down and click Send RX Info SmartFlow:


Select Send Inventory Items and/or Send Users > SEND:


Wait for the syncing to be completed.

NOTE: If the inventory item has not been used for more than six months, this may take up to 72 hours to synchronize. 


You may also experience an issue where a medic has not come across, if it happens, you will receive a notification: Medic Not Found. Error.

In this case, ensure that the medic has not previously been sent over as it will block identical medics from being sent over.
