Your Workflow Consultant or Customer Success Manager will assist you in getting your Smart Flow and Cubex accounts connected. Once the accounts have been connected on the Smart Flow end you will need to enable profile mode in the Cubex cabinet to see the orders coming through from Smart Flow.


To enable profile mode please follow these instructions:

1. Click the Admin button at the bottom of your Cubex cabinet window:


2. Then choose Software Options:


3. Once the Software options are open click on the Cabinet Options and there you'll find the Profile Mode line. Please mark Enable box and then Save button at the bottom of your page:
