This year logic behind 'MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF' option settings has been changed (more about this function and how it works you can find HERE). The system will no longer send both merged report and all reports one by one. However, EMR system will still request reports one by one and it will result in the error on the EMR side. So the merged report should still be attached on the EMR's side.

When this function is turned ON, EzyVet system can receive only one file with merged reports or several separate files but only merged one could be open while others will show error.

To have it solved you simply need to run the reprocess events in bulk tool on the Smart flow dashboard to resolve this one. 

To find this bulk tool from EzyVet click on "Dashboard" then onto the "SmartFlow" tab. You'll find a "bulk retry" button there.
