Why do I receive blank reports and warnings in ezyVet?

Sometimes you can receive blank reports in ezyVet even if they're properly filled in SmartFlow. This is usually caused by changes in the Merge Reports into One PDF function in SmartFlow (find more about this function HERE), the system will no longer send both merged reports and all reports one by one. However, your PIMS may still request reports one by one and it will result in the error on the PIMS side. When this function is turned YES:
The ezyVet will receive only one file with all PDF reports merged instead of several separate files. In this case, only merged one could be open while others will show an error. To have it solved you need to run the reprocess events in bulk tool on the SmartFlow dashboard. In your ezyVet account go to Dashboard > SmartFlow tab and find a Bulk Retry button there:
