When you need to find the finalized (completed) or not finalized (incomplete) Form for the particular patient, please start by opening the patient's file on the iPad.
1. Tap the Dashboard button from the patient's flowsheet:

2. Then select Forms:
NOTE: In case of any active assets the appropriate icon will be highlighted in blue.
3. Finalized forms will be colored red in the Reports section, while unfinalized will be in blue - Forms:
Also the finalized forms could be accessed from the Notes section of the flowsheet on both iPad and desktop version. They could easily be identified by a specific Forms icon that appears before the name of the finalized form in the note. Embedded hyperlink allow you to open that form directly through the Notes section. All you need to do is to click on any form and Smart Flow system will open the finalized form:
