Historically, whenever you were experiencing internet connectivity problems, you would have been used to seeing this notification:




You will no longer see this notification as we have now developed a new way to identify issues with internet connectivity. This new way will also provide you with a more specific idea of what the problem is (e.g. poor connection or no connection):


Internet connectivity is unacceptable - it's quality is not good enough for proper data synchronization: 

In these cases, a YELLOW bar will appear at the top of the screen on treatment sheets & anesthetic sheets.



Internet connectivity is present, but it is unacceptable & the app is trying to send or receive data to/from the server:

In these cases, a YELLOW ANIMATED bar will appear at the top of the screen on treatment sheets & anesthetic sheets.


*If the yellow line appears, we would recommend you to find a place with the better wi-fi connection before making any important actions (as finalizing the Anesthetic Sheet, for example) for data to synchronize properly, and not to lose any important information.



Internet connectivity is completely lost:

In these cases a RED bar will appear at the top of the screen on treatment sheets & anesthetic sheets.
