How do I make sure that our iPads are secure?

There are a number of steps you can follow to ensure that your iPads are secure, e.g. so that clients can't access confidential information within the Smart Flow system. Here are a few suggestions:
Be sure to have Request passcode set to YES for all of your Forms (please read THIS review on how to create Forms):
NOTE: If your clinic has User Security on the iPad enabled, each user will be prompted to enter an individual passcode at any time while working on the iPad. Otherwise, the clinic's manager will need to set up a common Forms passcode and share it with the team.
