The property of adding or replacing the Workflow tasks onto the patient's treatment flowsheet is accessible on both the iPad and web. It enables you to add tasks from another template or replace the task list at once.


From the web

1. To add workflow from another template, click on the Add workflow button on the side panel of the patient's flowsheet:


2. Select the template with the tasks you want to add to the patient's existing template and click DONE:


NOTE: We recommend that you create workflow task templates in advance, if you have any questions on how to do so, you can find more details HERE.


3. Choose the 'add' option - Add tasks or Replace current tasks with a new list:


From the iPad

1. Select the Pencil icon to activate editing mode:


2. Tap on the extra options button (...) >then Add workflow:


3. Select the template with the tasks you want to add to the patient's existing template and click Select

4. Choose the 'Add' option - Add tasks or Replace current tasks with the new list:
