PLEASE NOTE: This FAQ is for those who have acquired iPads directly from Smart Flow and are updated via our Device Management software (MDM). If you have purchased iPads for your clinic by yourself, this FAQ isn't relevant for you. 


No, if you rent our iPads and they are MDM managed, you do not need to have an Apple ID. However, when you're initially setting up your iPads, you will see the message asking to input an Apple ID, so please follow the steps below:


1. Go to Settings on your iPad > Don't have an Apple ID or forgot it?:


2. Then select Set Up Later in Settings option:

                             

3 .Finally, you can select not to use an Apple ID, just click on DON'T USE:
