How do I bill a Workflow task?

Just like any other parameters in your practice, Workflow tasks may or may not be billed depending on your individual requirements. All billable tasks are represented by a green triangle in the lower-left corner so that they can easily be distinguished:
If you need to switch tasks between billable and non-billable, go to your manager's Smart Flow web account > Settings > Parameters. Search for the required parameter and click on the pencil icon to edit the parameter:
In the parameter setting you can toggle the Billing to ON or OFF depending on your needs and save changes by clicking Update:
NOTE: Please be aware that changes will affect all the patients who have this parameter added.
Once a task is checked off as complete, the billable charge will be sent to your billing PDF, or directly to the patient's bill if you have an integrated EMR.
