If a medication is showing up in the Health Status tab as a Note, instead of in the medication section of ezyVet, please check the Product Settings first: 

Another possible reason is that a total dose was not set up for the medication in Smart Flow. This then results in the billing recording a quantity of '0', and thus this medication gets sent to the Health Status in ezyVet. To avoid this please always set the Total dose for any medication.

NOTE: When setting up a Total dose, remember that the unit of measurement needs to match:
