Up until now, patients have been only available to view on one whiteboard, which can be restrictive if they need to be on two different Whiteboard screens. Thanks to multiple feature requests, our development team has been hard at work to allow for this new feature.
Patients will now be able to be on multiple whiteboards
As of July 2017, you will be able to select multiple departments for a single patient. To put a patient into multiple whiteboards on the web application: go into 'Edit Patient', then 'Show More Information', then you will be able to enter multiple departments under the 'Departments' section.
On the iPad, you will need to select 'Edit', then 'Edit Info', then select 'Department'. From here, to be able to choose multiple departments, you will need to click on the circles beside the department names.
