What should I do if I received an error message when adding ezyVet patients to SmartFlow?

If you are attempting to import a patient from ezyVet to SmartFlow and receive the "Error: Medic not found" pops-up message, this means that the case owner that you have selected is not synced with ezyVet. You can sync your doctors from ezyVet into SmartFlow from the Admin tab > Users/Resources menu, and make sure the Sync with Smart Flow toggle is set to YES:
You also need to make sure that the user is a member of the correct division (on the example below, the division is called Smart Flow Sheet but for each hospital, the name of the division will be the name of their hospital or departments within their hospital):
