The reason a medication that was generated in SmartFlow would show up on the invoice but not on the medication tab within ezyVet is due to the prescription settings.


In order for the products to be generated properly and to appear in the medication tab in the future, you must have the prescription in your ezyVet account (Admin > Products > particular product) to be set up as Requires Prescription to YES and Generates Prescription to YES (see the highlighted area on the screenshot below):
