Once you received the installation link, please download the installation. It will be saved to the Download folder on your PC or laptop, or any other folder that is set as a default folder of your browser. Open this folder and find the installation file:
Open the file as usual, and follow installation steps. After the successful installation, you will see the pop-up that allows you to join a remote session:
From now, our Specialist could access your PC or laptop remotely and perform the fix.
