When using the Fixed Time Boarding Whiteboard feature to add a new patient, you must make sure to do the following.


If your clinic is set to Non-Fixed Time mode, patients need to be admitted into the Boarding Whiteboard before any of your fixed-time Templates are available. Smart Flow allows you to access the templates in the mode you are currently set to with the exception of the Boarding Whiteboard. It's convenient to make duplicate templates in each mode with the same name, to ensure every template is available to you.
