It's convenient to see the parameter with instructions entered in the comment's section. It's available to view on Web and iPad.
When you open the flowsheet, the parameter with instruction is highlighted with a small grey triangle in the top right hand corner of a cell that belongs to the parameter:
If you open a parameter (e.g. Urination), you will see the comment:

So if you type or add any instructions to a parameter, a grey triangle will appear as an indicator, which will alert Smart Flow users that there's more information to be seen before executing a treatment.
