If your clinic is integrated with ezyVet but your billing events or procedure items are not coming over to ezyVet from SmartFlow, please check if your setup is as in the screenshot below:

From ezyVet account click on Dashboard then onto the SmartFlow tab, here you will find a list of events that have been sent from SmartFlow to ezyVet. You will also find listed Date/Time, Patient, Clinical Record, Last update sections as well as the current Status:

Please make sure to have Status set to All and the Department the most top-level as otherwise, you may miss some information.
