There are a few reasons why you may not be able to move your patient from EzyVet to SmartFlow:
1. Please be sure that you have selected "Case Owner" in the green "Clinical" tab of your EzyVet account.
2. If you go to the user in ezyVet and Save it, this should allow you to send the Patient through to Smart Flow.
3. If you have multiple 'divisions' - check which of the division's the API keys matches the Smart Flow one (you can access the API key via Admin -> Integrations). Then just make sure you change the division on the clinical record (the green screen), on the left-hand side under 'consult'.
