Why can't I push a patient from ezyVet into Smart Flow?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to move your patient from ezyVet to Smart Flow:
1. Please be sure that you have selected Case Owner in the green Clinical tab of your ezyVet account:
2. If you go to the user in ezyVet and click Save, this should allow you to send the Patient through to Smart Flow.
3. If you have multiple 'divisions' - check which of the division's API keys matches the Smart Flow one (you can access the API key via Admin > Integrations). Then just make sure you change the division on the clinical record (the green screen), on the left-hand side under Consult.
