If you are admitting a patient into the hospital for procedure that doesn't require a flowsheet, for example surgery, you can use a task-based checklist for admission and patient stay.
Each task has a timer that will begin once the task is checked off.:
All the tasks that have already been checked off will have time stamps under them:
Also, once the Anesthetic Sheet has been started, all tasks that have the same name will be checked off. For example, the task Pre-Med will be marked as done on the Whiteboard once the Pre-Med has been started on the Anesthetic Sheet:
