When submitting a ticket to report a certain issue, please also provide us with a screenshot from your iPad showing the issue, it would be very helpful for the further investigation.


You can capture the screen on an iPad by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time:


To find your screenshot, go to Photos > Albums > scroll down to Media Types and tap Screenshots. Select the required pictures and share them:

 

NOTE: You can also attach an image to your email to Smart Flow support directly from the application by clicking Insert Photo or Video:
