You can restore/download your patients at any time and all PDF documents will remain available forever! They can be found in your Archive.

To access archive files open your Smart Flow account from the Web > click on the icon in the top right corner > choose the Archive section > search for the desired patient as seen below:

Once you have located your patient, you can download any of the PDF documents individually or choose Download all to receive all of them at once:

If you choose Download all these will be downloaded to your computer in a .zip file, which you can open simply by clicking on the file:

All of your PDFs will then be available to view:

NOTE: In case you would like to have all the files saved on your computer automatically after the patient discharge please follow the next steps. Open your Smart Flow account on the web > click on the icon in the top right corner > go to the Settings > Document Management and set Save to disk to YES:
In this case, all your reports will be saved to the computer as soon as the patient is sent to the Archive. We would also like to suggest that you read How do I manage my patient discharge documents?, regarding discharge document management.
