You can delete ezyVet inventory items from the SmartFlow parameters list, in two ways:


1. By deleting an item from ezyVet and re-syncing your inventory


OR


2. By unmapping and deletion items in SmartFlow 


NOTE: Please be aware that if the item still exists in ezyVet, it will appear again when you re-sync your inventory. However, this will not be mapped and thus cannot be used in SmartFlow.
