Some of the parameters need to be entered in a specific way for ezyVet to recognize them as belonging to correct sections. In case the parameters are not entered in the correct way, they will end up in Notes section in ezyVet.
Following wording for the monitoring items will ensure that they will appear in the Health Status sections, instead of just being recorded in the Notes section:
For Temperature, your choices are

It is important to note that for the following monitoring parameters that are set to ezyVet events ON to sync to the Health Status - they must be set up in SmartFlow with the dropdowns set exactly as they are in ezyVet or the monitoring parameter will be listed in the "notes" section in the Health Status. These parameters are already defaulted to the ezyVet required descriptions any changes will result in the value being placed in the "notes" section in the Health Status.
- CRT
- Respiratory Effort
- Mucous Membranes (MM)
For the Pain Score, Dental Score and BCS score those must be in Numeric in SmartFlow or when synced to ezyVet it will place those in the "notes" section in the health status.
