In order to avoid incorrect mapping or parameter utilization, we recommend disabling the mapping option once all the routinely used EMR Parameters are mapped. In this case, all the unmapped and rarely used items will be hidden from the items list on your iPad, however it will still be possible to map them from the web.
To hide the unmapped inventory items and disable mapping from the iPad, please go to the Smart Flow admin account from the web > click on the user icon in the top-right corner > Settings > Parameters > set the Hide Unused EMR Items From List toggle to ON:
NOTE: Once the items are hidden, the mapping option will not be available from the iPad. Also, unmapped highlighted items will not be visible from the iPad inventory list.
