When setting up your Smart Flow account, you must choose between fixed and non-fixed template modes (you can learn more about the difference between these two types HERE).
If your current setting for Fixed Time Templates is set to NO and you would like to take advantage of having the option to use fixed time templates, please follow the steps below.
Open your admin Smart Flow web account > go to Settings > Whiteboards > scroll the list and click Add Whiteboard button:
From the drop-down menu you will need to pick the Boarding Whiteboard and then click on the green button:
Once this Whiteboard has been added, all the patients in it will have the fixed-time templates mode available. Be aware, that any template that created in fixed-time mode will only be available in fixed-time and vice versa.
NOTE: It's convenient to make duplicate templates in each mode with the same name, to ensure every template is available to you when using Smart Flow with an integrated EMR (please find more details HERE).
